We do not and will not confuse our enquirers by accepting any lodges or park homes located on holiday parks that are being used as residential contrary to the Terms of the Site Licence.

The advert for your home will remain on our website until sold and on the Rightmove website for 12 months, with NO ESTATE AGENCY COMMISSION TO PAY when a sale occurs.

If you aren't sure about taking your own photos, we can help with that too. We have teamed up with Photoplan, who have photographers around the country that will take 10 photos and do a floorplan of your home for £238.80 inc. VAT.
